As a coach, retreat planner, and guide Lori is passionate about designing moments that help leaders pause, reflect, and rise with intention.
From the moment you arrive, Lori ensures every detail is thoughtfully curated, from the flow of the agenda to the snacks on your table, so you can fully immerse yourself in the work (and the rest) you came for. As assistant facilitator, she brings energy, insight, and grounding presence to the room. Her goal is to help participants translate vision into action with clarity and confidence.

We’ll be gathering at Barnsley Resort in Adairsville, Georgia, a peaceful and luxurious destination known for its natural beauty and charming accommodations. Full travel details and check-in information will be provided upon registration.

The retreat runs from Sunday, October 26 through Tuesday, October 28, 2025. We begin with dinner and a welcome session Sunday evening and wrap up after lunch on Tuesday.

Your investment includes:
2 nights at Barnsley Resort
All meals and snacks from Sunday dinner through Tuesday lunch

Travel to and from the resort is not included. Adairsville is easily accessible by car and approximately one hour north of Atlanta. We’ll provide driving directions and are available to assist in planning arrival and departure details.

Absolutely! We offer flexible payment plans to make attending easier. Just select that option on the interest form & we will set that up.

Many attendees use professional development funds to attend. This retreat includes leadership coaching, strategic planning, and peer learning. We’ll gladly provide receipts, a detailed agenda, and a letter explaining how it supports leadership development.

Pack comfortable clothes, layers for indoor/outdoor sessions, any personal essentials, and something to write with, & don’t forget to leave a little extra room in your bag for your welcome gift. A full packing list will be provided leading up to the event.

Cancellations before September 15 will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. After that, we’ll do our best to fill your spot and provide a partial refund, but it’s not guaranteed. Contact us as early as possible if plans change.
